In 2001 I started out as Broker/Owner of Harbor Shores Realtors in the quaint city of Saugatuck/Douglas, where charm meets the style of our area and integrity leads our way! Graduating in Engineering and Interior Design, I have had the honor of receiving many awards for best interior design, best kitchen, best bath and architecture. As a owner of Harbor Shores Realtors, I have won Business Woman of the Year 2009 and 2010 and have been a multi-million dollar producer year after year, ranking as one of the top agents in the Southwest Michigan area each year. In 2014 I became an agent with Century 21 Affiliated in Douglas and have successfully won The Centurion Award every year with the company. We wanted to find a highly successful, knowledgeable and very experienced agent who was both business and real estate savvy. Tammy fit all those to a tee. She has a style that worked for us. Very knowledgeable, strong transaction and business expertise, very good from a design and architecture perspective and she owns a good deal of property which helps with understanding the customer. Importantly, Tammy didn't push or try to do the classical realtor pitch nor try to point out things about properties to try to "sell" us. She was more of a team advisor vs. a "selling" agent. Much more value that way

Seller reviewThere was a problem with our HOA documents and they needed to be modified. Tammy came to our recuse. She suggested a trusted real estate attorney and worked with him to take care of the problem quickly. She is really good at closing the deal. I highly recommend her. I've worked with many brokers and Tammy is by far the best.
