Tammy definitely left a lasting impression on myself and family. I met her at an open house last year when I was looking to rent a property. She rented me my first house and told me to keep her in mind when I was ready to buy. I certainly called her when I was ready. She set an appointment and we met to talk about needs and criteria. Once Tammy got everything she needed from me, she executed. In the very end, myself and children now have our forever home. Because of Tammy's contagious personality, I have recommended her to family and friends.

I originally worked with Tammy in November 2019 where she found a rental for my family that was the size we needed, in a price we could afford; and she did it in 10 days! Now onto February 2021 I was ready to buy and reached back to her to begin the process. It took one house before Tammy understood exactly what we were looking for. She recognized the things I was paying attention to, she recognized the things my wife was interested in and she made recommendations considering the amount of children we have and their ages. Most of all though, she understood the budget! Finding a 5 bedroom house in our price range with 7 people was difficult to say the least. However, Tammy called back 3 days after showing us the first house and told me about a neighborhood she seen being developed in an area we had lived prior to the November 2019 move. She asked if we were interested in moving back, and we were. For some reason when buying a new house, the builders lenders deal directly with the buyer and not their realtor. So any documents that came along had to be sent to Tammy. She was readily available, any time I called. Some times she would ask me to email them to her, and sometimes she'd ask that I print them off and meet with her, either at her office or at the model home, where we were moving. I never done this before, I didn't know left from right, so needless to say I asked too many questions at times. She let me know what to sign and when, and even saved me from locking into an interest rate that she understood was too high. When my appraisal came back that the house didn't appraise for the sale price she negotiated on my behalf and saved me about 10,000 dollars! That most amazing thing to me was that, even after closing, she still followed up to ask questions and ensure that the moving process went well and that the builders followed thru with the fixes that were promised.

Tammy was Extremely professional and always took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. She cared about our needs and made us feel like a priority. She helped and sell and buy a house at the same time. She even lined us up to close on both houses the same day. Couldn't be happier with her services!
