Having already moved out-of-state, we were happily surprised when Tammy emailed that four people had looked at the house before the listing went online--and it sold right away! She was wonderful about keeping us informed via email about the inspection, needed repairs, and other concerns and promptly responded to our many questions. Tammy is an A+ agent!
