I have been serving the Nashville area and surrounding counties for 25 years and have lived in the Nashville area my entire life, which enables me to have a strong knowledge of the market, including Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson & Wilson counties! Tammy was very informative, understanding and supporting throughout the entire process. When I was thinking of selling my home I called Tammy (who sold me the house 11 years earlier) to come over and give me her honest opinion on what I needed to do to make my house more sellable. She gave me some pointers, gave me some contacts to help me do a few handyman repairs and kept in contact with me thru-out the process. When I was ready...we went for it. The house sold within a day or so. Tammy walked me thru the whole process & kept me informed on every little change or addition to the contract. I will be using Tammy again & very soon!!!
