I have been serving the Nashville area and surrounding counties for 25 years and have lived in the Nashville area my entire life, which enables me to have a strong knowledge of the market, including Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson & Wilson counties! Having obtained my Brokers license I have had years of training to help me negotiate for my clients and help guide them thru all phases of the home buying or home selling process! I am affiliated with one of the largest relocation companies in the world, which also helps me to be able to have knowledge of the processes for families that are moving cross country - whether you are moving to our area or relocating out of state - I can help you to find a professional in those areas to help you as well! Buyer reviewCentury-21 in California made arrangements for a realtor from C-21 Premier in Tennessee. Our "go-to" realtor from California, Casey Garduno, listed the critical factors necessary for our needs in TN since we didn't have a direct contact, thus pairing us with Premier. Our first realtor that was assigned to us by Premier did not meet our needs. We contacted Casey and stated this realtor was not a well fit. We wanted a fireball like herself; on the ball, energetic and knew the market inside and out. This was going to be our 6th purchase of a house and we needed someone we could communicate with, understood our timeline and wasted no time in knowing what to present. Thus, the introduction of Tammy Nauman to us! Bingo= Perfect Fit. TAMMY: a true leader and professional in her field of work. Dedicated, hardworking, dependable, on time, consistent and honest. She has the old fashioned "work- ethic" that the majority of the working-class people have no clue about these days.
