Tammy was fantastic in her endeavors to help me find my first home. She was so patient with all of my questions and really held my hand the whole way. She brings such extensive knowledge of most of Middle TN which was helpful when looking in areas I was unfamiliar with. My favorite thing about Tammy is that she is so honest about homes and whether or not they were the right fit for me.

We loved Tammy! She was so kind, helpful, and patient with us throughout the process of selling our first home! We strung her along for a few months from our initial contact with her before we were actually ready to list our house and she was very patient with us the whole time and not pushy at all. We ended with an offer well over asking price. Everything was smooth! We couldn't have asked for a better representative to sell our first home!

Working with Tammy was great. She is extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Plus being we are new to the area, it was a huge asset for us to have someone that had so much local knowledge and not afraid to give an honest assessment of the different neighborhoods/areas around Nashville. Tammy went above and beyond, we would not have the house that we were able to buy, a house that we love, had it not been for Tammy. That is not an exaggeration. A house that we were very interested in was already under contract. For whatever reason that contract fell through and as soon as it became available again, Tammy saw it, notified us, we were in to view the house, and had our offer submitted all within the the same day. Tammy was simply incredible throughout every step of the process. Very timely with replies, very pleasant work with, and certainly goes to bat for her clients!

I had heard of Tammy Nauman from a friend's experience several years ago but knew of her excellent reputation in the area. We just happened to meet her when we were looking at another property in the area and I knew she would be the perfect agent for us once we decided to sell. I have seen her name as Top Agent on their office sign so figured she must be very good at what she does. The stressful event of selling my 2 houses was made painless by having Tammy Nauman as my agent. She is not only excellent at her job - but she is a really charming and lovely lady to know. An asset to her company and anyone using her as their agent. I would describe Tammy as friendly, professional, courteous, dependable, approachable, knowledgeable but most of all very good at what she does, which is makes an otherwise stressful event almost painless. Everything one wants in an agent. This was the second house Tammy sold for me this year in the Nashville area. In both cases she explained exactly how things would go, kept us informed of any information we might need and when the time came to actually put the houses on the market, she had them sold in less than a day on one and one day on the other. Can't ask for better results than that!! She walked me through the closing process on both houses and if there was ever a question or concern, she was on it in a hurry. The other thing that was so reassuring was that Tammy was always available by phone or text - never a delay. This whole process of selling and moving could have been a lot more stressful than it was - but Tammy kept the house sale portion stress to an absolute minimum. She also recommended an agent for us in looking for our house purchase in Florida, and that agent was also a gem to work with. Can't say enough great things about Tammy!! Glad this is all behind us - but thank heavens for all her help!!
