Our neighbor has provided meals during numerous periods as my wife battling Parkinson's and Dementia. I respect their recommendation for Mrs. Nauman and the listing they have done with her. She went out of her way to assist me with the understanding with my wife medical issues. Her recommendation and suggestions without a doubt brought the value above our expectations. I don't believe my wife or I could have received any better service from the beginning to the end of this wonderful journey, Tammy Nauman, we maybe moving into the 4th quarter of our life, I was regretting this move, but for my wife, I knew we had to move.After our first meeting, you gave me a peace of mind that everything was going to workout. You took Customer Service to a higher level. Recommending you will be a no brainer and it will be a honor. We purchased our new home from our daughters friend, One level condo for my wife safety. I wish Mrs.Nauman could have handle that part of our journey also.

Not planning on buying or selling any other properties in the near future, but when the time does come - Tammy Nauman is my go to person. Tammy met with me 2 days after contacting her, my house was listed and sold/closed in less than 4 weeks. There were multiple offers and Tammy walked me through each one and provided her input as to how to proceed. She was in constant communication as to status of offers and certainly earned her commission - great experience.

I would never use another realtor, but Tammy. She is wonderful! Tammy is upfront and honest about price, repairs on home that need to be done, accurate on price per sq footage. It was so much less stressful selling this home then I thought it would have been thanks to Tammy. Our overall experience was wonderful! We appreciate Tammy's help. She even came out to help us with repairs that had to be made. Wonderful agent!!!
