Personal Profile
Tammy fell in love with this area in 2004 when her in-laws moved to Amelia Island. She married Marc, her college sweetheart, in 1997 and his work had them call Hilton Head Island SC, Charlotte NC, and Wilmington NC home before moving to their forever home on Amelia Island in May 2019. Tammy has 2 sons, one in college in Jacksonville and the other son is a Senior at Fernandina Beach High School. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, watching her sons play soccer, and exploring this area with all that it has to offer. She thinks you wont find a better place than the Amelia Island area to make the biggest investment of your life.

Buyer reviewWorking with Tammy was such a pleasure. She listened to our needs and preferences and offered excellent options for us to consider purchasing. We also found some properties on our own that we wanted to consider, some of which she gladly showed us and then also shared her knowledge of concerns about other property locations (e.g., flooding, airborne odor from a local business). These were issues that were not obvious to us but we definitely needed to consider. Tammy's negotiation skills are tremendous. We agreed on an offer price that was $34K below the asking price. Tammy held to the original offer, resulting in us purchasing the property for even less than we initially anticipated. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and truly looked out for our best interest. We can't express how much we appreciate you. Thank you, Tammy!

Buyer reviewWhat a great experiance we had working with Tammy. During our visit in January we saw one of her yard signs, called and she setup a few showings for us the next day!! She continued to worked hard for us after we had to return home, she listened to what we wanted and found our perfect beach home! She never quit, always going over and above to make sure we were involved with all the oppertunities the island offered. Her knowledge of the real estate, and the island has helped us feel right at home.
