Buyer reviewAs for "Had dealt with Agent/Broker previously" Tana was highly recommended by our Daughter as she was very happy with Tana and we have seen the house Tana had found for them which also explains the "Had dealt with Agent/Broker previously" question in the survey. We found through working with Tana that her "Understanding of your needs and requirements" & "Local Knowledge" were impeccable. As we were buyers were not concerned about commission. Tana's patience was immeasurable! Tana remained patient and tenacious until she found the home of our dreams. Told my wife I haven't been this happy in 30 years. Tana was simply outstanding in all categories. Will ask for her help if needed in the future as I don't think we could find anyone better.

The property we were in search of was for my Mother who has minimal experience with real estate and the purchasing process. I required someone who would be patient with my Mother ant take the time to explain the process in order to ease her mind and fears. Tana turned out to be the perfect choice. Although the process was frustrating due to issues that were not on the buyers end, the process produced the perfect home that my Mother loves and greatly deserves. I cannot say enough about Tana and the entire team we worked with. I would highly recommend this fantastic woman to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home!

We told her we wouldn't be seriously looking for about 6 months. Six months later she reached out to us and we were ready to start looking. She was never pushy and she worked hard for us. She clearly had our best interests at heart and not her own personal gain.
