Tano Holmes is a licensed associate real estate broker with 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. Tano Homes is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal arts, with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, as well as a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He is a certified "Realtor" with the National Association of Realtors. He has additional certifications as a CPE, and Certified Probate Expert. He also is a licensed appraisal trainee.
Tano served as the treasurer of his condominium board from 2017-2019. The Orion Condominium at 3044 3rd Ave. Bronx NY 10451. He was elected to the condominium board at the age of 26. Tano Holmes handles all aspects of real estate transactions, from the initial consultation, through closing. His previous experience in hospitality makes him an excellent communicator, and attentive to his client's needs.
As a landlord himself in multiple markets, he is familiar with and up to date with current landlord tenancy laws and regulations. In his spare time, he enjoys family time with his wife, and toddler son, walking his two Pomeranians, cooking, and playing chess.

Initially I was exploring 3 other brokerages/agents, but after my first showing it was clear that Tano and Century21 was the right choice. He had direct and specific practical knowledge not only locally but also in the category of home that I was looking for. In our first showing Tano very clear broke down the process from showing to closing and occupation in the home. This was valuable as I was new to the process, and didn't clearly understand next steps. The home buying process is extremely stressful and nerve wracking, but Tano made this a seamless and streamlined processed. He truly acted as the connective tissue between all entities and stakeholders, and project manager to ensure all actions were promptly executed and the deal was driving forward to close. Tano is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has a robust network of entities to support the deal, even after closing.Highly recommend!
