You couldn't ask for a more support and friendlt agent. Super helpful and response. Tanya was fantastic in every part of the process. She knew all the ins and outs of the Laguna Woods co-op/HOA. She set us up for success starting on day one when she first inspected the condo. She pointed out things that needed to be repaired immediately and gave a list of things to help prepare the unit for a quick sale.

Buyer reviewI was in a tough situation a couple months back and Tanya took on the challenge of getting me stabalized and focused so that I could move forward in my life. She showed tremendous patience and understanding as she had to deal with my lack of knowledge regarding today's technology and how to communicate. Tanya always ended our conversations with positive comments and "thumbs up" that would keep my spirits lifted. Evenafter the sale has been completed she has stressed that she is available for any questions I may have. A couple months ago Tanya was my real estate agent. Now I consider Tanya to be my Friend and someone that I can rely on for so much more than real estate.
