Seller reviewMy husband and I were so nervous about selling our first home but Tara made this such an easy process. We listed our home with Tara at the end of May 2017 and within one month it SOLD!! We just couldn't believe it!! She made our home available for others to see on SO many sources(Facebook sell it sites, Houseview, Zillow, etc.) and worked so hard for us! She was very professional and knew how to answer every question we had along the way! When we were close to closing on our home, a little problem showed up with title work from the previous owners of our home. This could have been a nightmare but Tara handled this LIKE A CHAMP!!! Tara worked endlessly to get the problem solved with no hiccups! I would HIGHLY recommend using Tara Koehler for either selling or buying a home!! She's amazing!
