She did a wonderful job selling our home and helping us buy our new home. We didn't just get a great realtor we a gained a new friend and I will recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home! She's a great realtor!!! She helped us sell our home fast and knew exactly what we wanted in our new home and would even go out of her way to look at some of the homes 1st before she would tell us because she knew the pictures can be deceiving and we were running into that issue on a few of the homes.

Tara always has time for a call to help you understand. I'm an investor and it's important that my agent understands my financial goals, and understands the math behind these goals. Tara worked very hard to find properties that suited my needs. Tara took time to understand the need, and the supporting math. Tara vetted all properties prior to sending them to me. She took the time to work the cash flow math using parameters provided by me. She also provided rental comps to help me understand what I could expect. This was huge for me. Other realtors just add you to an automated spammy email list. Great experience, I will be using her again.
