Ted found a buyer through people that he knew that were contacting him. We were very happy with the results. Ted is honest and trustworthy and we would use him again if we were to buy another property in Rexburg.

He was honest which was very important to me being out of state. He kept me informed of what was going on and things that needed to be done to make the home more marketable. He even contacted a plumber and painter for me to take care of the repairs, which were very reasonable. His research prior to listing the home with him was very thorough and proved to be very accurate. We received the asking price for our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor in the area.
