She was prompt to answer any questions and would always find me the correct information if she wasn't sure herself. She was honest with everything from the start, and made me feel like I was dealing with a friend who had my best interest at heart. She was personable and cared about finding me a quality home I love and could afford. She went back and forth with the seller agent to make sure I wasn't just settling to pay for repairs as well as getting the most use of all my concessions.
