Buyer reviewTennille was great. She always is great with us. She helped my father in law, she helped my parents, and she helped us again. Reachable any time, and gave us facts and her professional opinion. I will always work with her. She feels more like family than just your agent when you work with her. Great personality, and such a delight to work with. Top notch! Bolivar helped out as well. Never worked with him before, but would definitely work with him again. Extremely pleasant person to be around. Very pleased to have a chance to meet him and work with him. He would always go above our expectations of what an agent would do. I recommended her to my parents when they sold their house. They loved her. We love her. We will continue working with her, and recommending her to anyone we know.

Seller reviewTennille was very personable. She's not pushy at all and is willing to help with everything, including clean up, moving things, trashing what needs to be trashed. She understands the emotions involved in wrapping up a lifetime home... Everything she did was perfect. Tennille becomes an instant "long time friend". I don't have patience with inexperienced people. She was great! She knows how to deal with every situation and every personality. I would definitely recommend Tennille.

Seller reviewTennille was with us through the whole selling cycle. She marketed the home with beautiful flyers, held many open houses and even staged a few of her own things within our vacant home. We were in escrow twice, both times fell through because the buyer couldn't get the loan. Each time Tennille immediately put our house back on the market holding open houses all over again. The 3rd time was a charm and she was able to get the deal to close early! Each time she was patient with us and always explained the next steps. She had the resources to fix a few minor things and even called & met the Gas company to check on a Gas leak after someone smelled gas. She was always available to us and would check on the house regularly until it closed. We highly recommend using Tennille when selling Real Estate! She is very trustworthy, reliable and timely.
