The main reason for picking Century 21 was Teresa Quintana was referred by a friend. Upon meeting Teresa in the first five minutes I knew she was the broker we would use to sell the property. Century 21 was not a big deal to me it was the demeanor and personality of Teresa and how she presented herself as the person to sell the property. I was very impressed by her knowledge of the area and listened to her suggestions for things that we needed to do to get the property ready for sale. Through out the whole process Teresa communicated and kept me up to date on the progress of the showings and sales process. I felt blessed that the only Broker I called was Teresa. I have only the best things to say about her business acumen. Teresa is a very polite person to deal with and I did ask some tough questions when we first met as well as poking some fun as well. Teresa is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her as she is straightforward with what you NEED to hear and not what you WANT to hear. She remained professional throughout the entire process. We have a historic home which had been sitting on the market as we had listed with another agent initially.
