Seller reviewWhere do I start, Teresa took my house, pointed out what needed updating, listed it with amazing pictures and expert listing phrasing that had people lining up to buy it for about what I asked. Once it was sold, she worked harder than I imagined she would and negotiated an amazing deal. She set expectations, answered field questions whenever I had them, took calls when I needed her help, provided feedback on everything from pricing to home improvements, and gave suggestions to help me get the most money from my sale. Teresa, was not just interested in a sale, but making sure that was a good fit for me. Best ever house selling experience.
