Mireya was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were absolutely content with the home before moving forward with an offer. She made sure to mention both the pros and cons of each home to ensure the property would meet our needs. In addition, she helped us keep an optimistic attitude when we were having trouble finding a home and feeling discouraged. Mireya also did great with negotiating our terms and following up to make sure we would close escrow on time. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Thanks Mireya!

here are the points that we felt Mireya did fantastic: - building relationship and trust for long term partnership - great communication and quick follow up - locating our home to our needs - getting adequate inspections scheduled in time as requested to ensure that property is properly evaluated - Taking personal interest in ensuring that the property we are buying is fair in condition and value to our expectations - negotiating amount for repairs with seller - providing referrals to her network for repair work etc. - closing the deal as smoothly as possible - following up with us post close out for any support she can provide Bottom line, She is fantastic!!!!! No word can describe her work ethic:)

Teresita, was extremely professional and knowledgeable with all phases of our home buying process. During our home buying experience all questions that did arise were quickly answered.
