Mireya is such a professional and friendly Agent. I have already referred her to family and friends who are interested in purchasing a home. I can honestly say that we will use her services again when we decide to purchase another house. She made the process enjoyable and memorable.

Mireya was my agent for few other deals before and leased few of my rental properties as well. However, this is the most difficult deal experienced with me. First to adding more money for the deal because of getting much lower property appraisal value from my lender. And then In the Middle of the escrow process, I was facing escrow cancellation due to my lender loan term changes at the last minute. I was so stressed out and just wanted to have my initial escrow deposit back and was planning to stop process further all together. But my agent Mireya is so kind to comfort me and compassionate to me with her love, she believed in me while most likely other agents would be really upset with me. She really listens and understands my side of story and asks right questions to find out if this is the house I would love to have still. I feel the love from her at the time I feel like there is a dead end for me even though I donot understand why, with 800 credit score with good income and with money ready to purchase my new home ....... During the darkest days I was facing, she found me a top lender right away knowing I still love to have the house and we decided to start working right away and SAVED the whole deal. The new lender she referred even closed the SAME escrow AHEAD of TIME. There are countless efforts from her to resolve situations and she always provides solutions/answers right away. Even the Sellers in this deal, I am the buyer, finally just called her directly without their own agent to get answer directly. Beyond ordinary, Mireya even does research to provide me PROP 60 info. that will save me a lot of property tax. She also paid out from her own money to make sure the SELLERS leave the appliances I wanted to have in the house. Not mention countless after hours work/visits/meetings/discussion to me and all related parties to make sure everything work together right and on time. Good agent knows how to handle difficult situations and stand by your customers and make it happen to deliver the deal what your customers asked for. Mireya is not only a GOOD agent, but also A GOOD AGENT with A GOOD HEART. Mireya is that kind of agent you can trust, feel comfortable with, love with and feel proud of and respect for.
