Teri Basset needed to be an outstanding realtor and definitely did not disappoint! I took her name off the home at 6 Bay Ave in West Wildwood knowing that house was for my husband and I. Teri got us in quickly to see it. Another couple, also interested and we put in bids. To our delight, the house was in our future with a 30 day closing ahead of us. Considering our transaction was done in 30 days Teri kept me informed throughout the process. Teri introduced me to Fran at Caliber Home Mortgage whom helped me through the qualification process. I was very impressed. Everyone there worked with me very professionally yet friendly. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process

Nothing wrong with Teri. It was the nasty sellers Great person very knowledgeable . Sellers were very rude and stubborn and not nice people . She was very professional when she dealt with them even though they were very rude people.

Teri is an excellent realtor! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly for us. We would highly recommend her to our friends and family. We currently live in Oklahoma and are moving back to NJ. Teri spent endless hours finding the perfect home for us. We were limited on time in NJ due to the travel distance and she always accommodated us and our schedule to show properties. We can't thank her enough!!! Throughout the process, we made our first friendship in Cape May county, Teri !! Thank You Teri!!!
