Buyer reviewTerri A. Brauher Rb 21839 was TERRI - FIC! Terri provided us all the information and assessments we requested and needed in making decisions about the homes and properties to purchase. She explained important aspects about the properties and localities which gave us insights and confidence in purchasing properties on the Big Island that would be right for us. Terri was WONDERFUL in explaining the stages of the purchasing/escrow processes that enabled us to make the best decisions. There is a critical timeline of actions the buyer and seller mush follow and Terri guided us through the process without problems. We listened to her advice and all went amazingly smoothly. She also provided excellent recommendations for the home inspectors which provided us comprehensive assessment of the property's condition. When the property became ours, we were very satisfied that we acquired an excellent property and we will be very happy with our new home for years to come.

Anyone that can work with a very strong minded elderly woman. Yet, continue to be so kind and honest. Using the best approach to obtain the best outcome. Now, that in my book is hard too find! She was awesome I trusted her and still do. One last comment "AWESOMENESS" Love her as family; she is a person that started out as a acquaintance. Then became like family.
