Buyer reviewActually we were referred to a different agent by a work associate, who was unavailable due to family concerns, and referred us to Terri. The local knowledge was huge since we are from Oahu and didn't know anything about water catchment, septic systems, albizia trees, volcano zones, etc. Since Terri not only works but lives in that environment, it was a wealth of knowledge and experience she shared with us that was reassuring with going forward with our purchase. flexible and accommodating to our appointment needs, since we were only able to come over and see houses for x amount of days, and we saw alot of lots and houses. I presented Terri with some challenges to followup with seller; getting more specific info. on septic system, inspection report concerns that needed correction, etc. I know it was extra leg work for her, but she came through and never complained.
