Buyer reviewWe happened upon Terri Brauher most fortuitously - and quite by accident - in responding to a property listing seen in a local property magazine. She was available to show the property upon very short notice. While we did not purchase that particular property we very much liked Terri's demeanor, attitude and professionalism. Terri's clear knowledge of the local market inspired confidence. Early on, Terri assured us that she would shepherd us through the entire process and she did so with aplomb! She was exceptionally responsive as we made an offer, negotiated with seller, and was helpful throughout closing. Based upon our positive experience with Terri, we engaged Chantel Smith of the same office as our property manager.
