Selling was a very difficult decision to make as my mother and I chose the floor plan, had blueprints drawn up and were at the construction site daily to watch the progress. My mother loved her home and so did I. It was extremely important to find someone honest, professional, compassionate, understanding and appreciative of my mothers home. Terri Averett was everything I could have hoped for - and then some! I knew from the moment we met that she was the right person to handle the sale of my mothers house. She immediately got to work, pulling multiple comps so we could have a good idea for pricing purposes. Terri knew I felt my mothers house was priceless. She was honest with me and I felt comfortable with the price the house listed at. Terri kept me informed to the point it was almost comical with all the offers coming in. She made up spreadsheet so we could look at and analyze each offer before making a decision. The entire process was painless for me as Terri did all the work, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I knew when the house inspector took place, what his findings were, how to go about fixing what he wrote up, the termite inspection, carpet cleaners...Terri was amazing. Even at the closing she caught my attention a couple times to see if I was doing ok. She instinctively knew this was very difficult to let go of my mothers house. Terri was awesome and I was blessed to have her working for - and with - me.

Terri Averette did a great job finding me and my family our perfect home. She was very knowledgeable about the town and community which is very new to us. She was patient with me and responded quickly anytime I texted with a question. She was always willing to find out the answer if she didn't know. She was recommended to us by good friends and we will recommend her to anyone!
