As a Realtor with more than 20 years of Real Estate experience and having lived here in the Middle Georgia area since 1996 and raising my children here. I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them exceed all of their Real Estate needs. I have received the Quality Service Award yearly since 2012, The Emerald Award and The Ruby Award several times for my production. I received Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. With a Degree in Architectural Technology, I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. I believe in being completely honest and fair in every situation and this is an extension of the CENTURY 21 philosophy; which is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family members. Because of this philosophy, I have happy, loyal customers and a wonderful referral business from those who've done business with me in the past.

She has always responded promptly and been available to show me properties on weekends and was very flexible with my time schedule. Terri excels in the area of communicating and listening to her clients needs. The turn around time from contract negotiations to the closing is well above average of any real estate transactions that I ever been involved with. I would contribute this to her personal and detailed involvement from start to finish! I would highly recommend Terri Jackson to anyone needing real estate, whether selling or buying !
