Seller reviewI had worked with Terri 5 years prior and everything was a breeze so when I started my home search I reached out to Terri to let her know what I was planning on doing and if the plan worked for her and she was good with it and we started what ended up being a 4 month journey that was very stress free on my part. The sale was a breeze, with the way the DFW market was we knew that we needed to be ready to list at any moment so Terri helped me stage the house and we took pictures early. Throughout the process Terri kept me updated on what my neighborhood market was looking like and provided CMAs to me with listing recommendations. When we knew were listing Terri told me the game plan had the yard sign put into the ground even though it was heavy rain that night and had setup an open house for the weekend all on the first day within 12 hours of us needing to list. Terri's experience kept me level set about what the current market was doing and provided different insight into how to write our offer that was accepted. I honestly don't believe I would have bought or sold my home without Terri's sale experience and guidance.

We had one week to find a house, and Terri was relentless in finding us great homes to view and putting us in contact with others (like inspectors) who could provide services on short notice. In the end, we found exactly the house we wanted and were able to buy it with Terri's guidance and support.

She stayed active in all of the different areas that we wanted to move to, and she also stayed current on the information coming out of those areas. We found it almost effortless and way too easy which was a huge boost to purchase a home in the current housing market. Terri was never too busy and would respond to any listing we were interested in right away with information which streamlined the home purchasing process. In the current housing market it is really hard to find an agent who has your best interest at heart and we feel that Terri went above and beyond to make it happen for us. She communicated with us promptly and always made sure we understood everything that was happening. We knew she always had our best interests in mind. She was knowledgeable and professional with everything that she did. She helped us both to purchase our new house and to sell our previous house. She always made herself available when we wanted to see a house and was always prepared with information about the houses that we were seeing. We were very happy with our house purchase. When it came to selling our old house, Terri did a great job with sending us comps, determining the sale price of our house, and helping us to get the best price and deal on our house as possible. We were very happy with the sale of our house and the job that Terri did for us to help sell the house. Everything went very smoothly and we were able to sell our house very quickly and for a price we were very happy with. We were unfamiliar with the area and protocols because of moving from another state, but thanks to Terri's knowledge and experience we always felt we were in good hands and that she had our best interests in mind.
