Seller reviewAs part of our relocation package, we were referred to a few brokers in the DFW area to help us sell our home. After meeting with them, we decided to go with Terri Woodward. She was very personable and professional and seemed to have a definite pulse on the current state of the market in Grand Prairie. Her plan for selling our home was workable and reasonable. We were glad we went with her, as she was responsive throughout the entire process and offered guidance. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home in the area.

When I did finally chose a place to put an offer on, she actually convinced me not to proceed because she was concerned that I would have a lot of issues selling it in the future... Fortunately we found a good replacement soon after
