Is it possible to have a better experience buying a home? Terri understood our needs and desires, presented us with appropriate options, and was a wealth of knowledge during the entire process. Terri knows the area like the back of her hand, and is clearly a master negotiator. My wife and I felt incredibly comfortable with Terri representing us, and we could tell that she really cared about helping us find and buy our dream home. Every step, from the showings, to the offer, then the inspection, and finally the purchase went off without a hitch. It was wonderful feeling so taken care of during the often complicated process of buying a home. I can't imagine a better agent than Terri!

Terri was awesome to work even when I ignored her advice and then called her later to go visit the residence so I could get measurements for the fridge. She was super proactive in giving me little tips and information that came in handy during the process. During the first part of the process I was living in another city but Terri was great with communication and the sellers of my home threw a few monkey wrenches in at the last minute and Terri successfully navigated those for me to help get me a lower stress move in. Terri, was very proactive with getting me contract amendments and letting me know via text that I had a new one in my email. She set up my inspection as I was getting on a plane and I needed it booked ASAP and showed up for the results of the inspection to make sure there wasn't anything major that I should be aware of. I would absolutely work with Terri again and would recommend her to family and friends.

Because this was our first home purchase, we were new to the whole experience. We wanted a realtor who understood the area, and put our needs and requirements first. We also wanted someone who understood that it was our first time, and who was patient with the many questions we had. Terri Woodward was fantastic!!
