It's never been about making a quick sale/commission for her (like other realtors we've worked with). She has always accepted our desire to wait for the price we wanted & working with us to find the right buyer. Terry is THE BEST. She listens to you & is willing to work w/ your selling plans - willing to be patient w/ you & working creatively w/ you to work a sale. It's not about her it's always about what or how you want to work the sale of your property. She's a great listener & communicates exactly the right amount per your needs.

Seller reviewTerry is my niece and did a great job. She knew what the home meant to us growing up in it. My dad passed away last Sept. and it's hard to let go. Terry was very considerate, knowledgeable and a big help. I live out of state, so all this was not easy on my part.
