My brother, Christopher knew Thomas Channing from chruch. My brother recommended him to me back in 2014. I contacted him because I wanted to buy a Tomsriver home. He showed me multiple homes and I ended up purchasing the tomsriver home. I'm very satistified with his communication skill, professionalism, and his a hard worker from start to finish and even keep incontact. In 2016, I contacted Tom about renting out my Beachwood NJ house. He made everything happen so fast. 2020 I contact Tom again because I wanted to sale my Beachwood home, his the best agent I know in NJ. He sold my Beachwood home over asking price!. I contacted Tom again, it was time to sale my tomsriver home. He again went beyond my expectations and sold it!. I'm so blessed, and very satisfied with his hard work. Knew that Tom Channing was an action kind of realtor that I needed for this sale. House would have sold sooner with Tom's excellent handling of selling the house. Buyer was held up with additional funds for closing and we agreed to wait for several weeks for their financing to be squared away. Tom was great. We had moved out of state prior to closing and Tom kept us in the loop on all aspects of what was transpiring between the lawyers and buyers. All went well--got the asking price--comfortable with all aspects of the sale. Don't plan on selling another house soon but Tom Channing would be my go-to guy to handle the sale.
