Seller reviewOver the years I've worked with several real estate professionals, but Tom Maggio is exceptional. He is personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. In the early stages, he was able to offer many suggestions to make my house more saleable. He seemed to be available whenever I needed him, and went above and beyond his regular duties. He even helped me on his personal time with tasks outside his job description. I highly recommend Tom Maggio for any of your real estate needs, whether it be buying, selling or renting. Tom is the best!

Buyer reviewSpoke with 3-4 realtors, Tom stood out as responsive without being pushy - and that held true throughout our dealings with each other. One other broker was to show me a house at 8:30 am on a Saturday, never showed up. Called me two hours later to say he could not get in touch with tenant. Others did not call back or had an answering service call me and try to pawn me off on someone else. Tom stayed on top of both my sale and purchase - was supportive yet willing to keep me on track, asking probing questions when needed that were helpful and very good advice. He was not a yes man, he was a "let's do what is best" man, while being considerate and understanding of my needs and concerns. I appreciated that a great deal. Just great!
