Buyer reviewTim Dean was absolutely amazing! My husband and I can't say enough about him. Honestly a 10+ in every aspect. We have dealt with so many realtors over the years from all different characters and at the end of the day we totally understand what things come down to in reality because we all HAVE to survive... But the real of it is make customer comfortable and make money to feed your own. However the path to make both happen?? Tim knows how to do that and go above and beyond. He knew what we had been through and looking a previous home no judgement was ever made and knowing our budget (if that's what they call it) it wasnt like he was going home for a steak after closing our deal, we probably still owe him
