Seller reviewTim was great to work with. He had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of how to get our house sold. He made some last minute suggestions on the sale price due to new info we had just received about sales in our neighborhood and it was spot on. We were under contract by the end of our first day on the market at full asking price!! After under contract Tim was just as helpful in getting us to closing even with an unforeseen appraisal issue! We would definitely use him again. Tim was a pleasure to work with in all aspects. Daily communication and updates, answering all questions and making every step as smooth as possible. Our overall experience really couldn't have been much better or gone any smoother. Even with a few small unforeseen hiccups that can come up with any home sale, Tim was right on top of it and at the end got us right where we needed to be!
