Seller reviewTim is a very experienced broker that has lived in the area for many years and knows a great deal. He was always responsive to my calls and that is very important to a client that does not live in North Carolina and is depending on regular updates and communication to get the property sold. Seller reviewI have some experience in the mortgage and title insurance industry (20 years) having been co-owner of both. Tim is an excellent agent. Interpersonal skills are the most important quality for an agent. Tim has the honed ability to present information clearly and quickly. Most CEO's when asked what the most important part of their business answered "their employees". Don't lose track of this fact. Tim is a gem. You should make sure his compensation package reflects his value.

Seller reviewI work for the town and Know Tim Matthews from other activities that we have worked on together. He is truly a stand-up guy and I did not hesitate to call him when I wanted to sell. For me, it was a no-brainer. I would not consider calling anyone else in the future. This is based on how well he handled not only the sale but the overall experience. The entire operation is first rate and I can't say enough good about Tim Matthews and the entire team. I am a Lieutenant with the local police department and I have the chance to deal with a lot of realtors. Most remind me of used car salesmen. I did not have that experience with Tim Matthews or Century 21. The entire office was polite, professional, courteous and efficient. They did all of this without ever being presumptuous or intrusive. This was a very, very easy experience. 5 stars and two thumbs up. My only suggestion for the future is to not change. Your formula just works, and works fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer reviewI am originally from eastern NC and have been working in NJ for the last several years. My wife and I were relocating back to NC and struggled with the task of making a good decision on the area we wanted to live and purchase a home. We found the Reserve in Fuquay and after looking in many other areas around Raleigh and Wake Forest we decided to investigate further. I contacted Tim and he was very helpful giving us information we needed and helped us decide to purchase our home and gave us insight we needed to make this decision.
