Tim really listens when I explain what I would like and then he lets me know when he finds it. And he is always right on target. I had been looking for the "perfect" house for about 6 months when I decided to call Tim Mathews. When this house became available he called and it was perfect! The "deal" went totally smoothly. What can I say? Tim is all of the above. I can't say enough good things about him. My overall experience on this purchase (as with other purchases or sales) with Tim Mathews has been excellent!

Buyer reviewTim is an excellent agent. He looks everyday for things that come on the market to see if they meet your needs and was prompt to show us what we wanted to see. He was excellent as well once our offered was accepted in making sure all inspections, etc were lined up and the loan officer had what they needed to have a successful on time closing. I would definitely recommend Tim if you are looking for a home!
