Seller reviewe enjoyed working with Mr. Matthews. During our sales event Mr. Matthews communicated very well. Our house sold in eight days. Mr. Matthews worked with use in every way possible to get the most for us at the end. I would recommend Mr. Matthews for several reasons. 1) That he is trustworthy, 2) communications very timely 3) Explains all the steps in detail so no misunderstanding and lays out the steps of the process of the closing and needs.

Seller reviewI have recently sold and purchased property in Wilmington and can only compare Tim Matthews to the agent we had here. Tim was far superior. Tim is not the first to handle the property at 108 Falcon. I don't know if it was Tim or just the right buyer, but Tim was the first to present an offer of any kind on the property. I felt all the paperwork and Docusign exchanges were accurate and timely. Never a surprise because Tim kept us informed by phone at all times.
