Seller reviewWhen I spoke with Tim he was very professional and I knew what questions to ask to see how he would answer them to make sure he was the right agent to get us the most money for our property. He did his job and had very good communication skills which was a very big deal for us. Everything went so smooth through the whole transaction. Tim was very professional and communicated with us through the whole process. We have bought numerous properties and have had some bad experiences with agents but Tim did his job to get the job done and to get us the most money we could get for our property. Buyer reviewMy husband and I had been looking to relocate for months, we were using Zillow and Realtor.com! Tim Parr showed us his condo listing, and during that meeting we felt that Tim had a good knowledge of the area, and we agreed to see more locations with him. Tim put together another tour of condos. We looked at several locations and after hearing us discuss the pluses and minuses of each unit, Tim said, "I know what you are looking for." We were skeptical of our next tour, because, while we loved the community he was going to show us, we never even let ourselves dream we could live there. We went and found a house in our price range. We are so thankful that Tim listened to our discussions, heard what we wanted, and found us our dream home and location. We sometimes just drive around the community and say, "Do you believe this?" We look at our house and say, "This is beautiful." We are living in paradise. THANK YOU TIM!!!
