Buyer reviewAside from Tim's overall knowledge of the intricacies of buying a home, ie, up to date knowledge of the market, local communities, comps in the area, reputable mortgage and title companies, building standards, construction expertise, SO many areas us buyers don't often allow enough importance about, Tim brought these to our attention for our consideration. In addition he brings pure interest in helping us obtain the home "we" are looking for. We do not question his integrity or ethics. I was unaware my first comments would address all these areas in the survey. Bottom line is, for any and all future real estate purchases, we will contact Tim to handle our interest. Not much more I can say about Tim than that.!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, or use him as my realtor when I need one again We live in crazy times, and the fact that I just bought a house without seeing it in person still blows my mind. Tim did a great job with taking me on video tours of the houses we looked at, worked with my friend to be able to accompany him on several of those tours, and helped me decide on an offer that was solid and finally did the trick... Again in this crazy market where things are selling quickly and for top dollar. 100% satisfied in my dealings with Tim!
