I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, or use him as my realtor when I need one again We live in crazy times, and the fact that I just bought a house without seeing it in person still blows my mind. Tim did a great job with taking me on video tours of the houses we looked at, worked with my friend to be able to accompany him on several of those tours, and helped me decide on an offer that was solid and finally did the trick... Again in this crazy market where things are selling quickly and for top dollar. 100% satisfied in my dealings with Tim!

He was not pro-active in helping me find a house so I switched to Timothy De Young on a recommendation from my daughter's realtor (on the east side of the state). Timothy is a great realtor. He helped me find a house and maneuver through the process of buying it. He was very accessible and attentive to my concerns. Timothy is knowledgeable about the local real estate market and gave me good advice throughout the bidding process. I am now the happy owner of nice house. I would highly recommend Timothy DeYoung and would not hesitate to use him again if the need occurred.
