He is well versed is housing prices and gives helpful comments regarding upgrades....plumbing...electrical...roofing..that I may have missed. He;s in it for the long run as my 21/2 years looking for home demonstrated his commitment. He is also continuing his education in real estate so I would have no problem coming back to Tim DeYoung and Century 21.

Seller reviewWe would highly recommend Timothy DeYoung as your real estate agent because he knows how to market your property and sell it. He had a great photographer come to the home that took amazing pictures! The property went on-line and we had interested parties in our home within a couple of hours to see the home. After having one open house we were under contract. Tim reviewed the buyer's agreement and all documents with us thoroughly so that we felt comfortable about our decision. We were treated professionally and we were confident that Tim considered our best interest as our listing agent. I see why he is a top rated real estate agent in the Kalamazoo and surrounding areas. Tim is truly a great realtor!
