Throughout the past weekend, we both were remembering the entire process for looking for this house. Many people visited us this weekend and everyone appreciated our house. And, when we hear those appreciation, it indeed makes us happy. This would not have been possible without your reassuring effort. I really appreciate the punctuality of Timothy, whenever I asked him to arrange a visit to a particular house, he has always done that on the same day/time as we were convenient with. He has never tried to procrastinate it. After we made an offer on the house, he handled the documentation process very professionally and in a timely manner. He kept a very clear and transparent communication with us during the entire process. I would highly recommend Timothy De Young to my friends and relatives for purchase/sell of a property. The sale of our house happened very quickly, and so we needed to find a place promptly that had fit all our preferences in our budget, Tim made sure everything lined up flawlessly. It turned out much better than we had expected. I'd recommend Timothy to anyone of my friends or family.

Seller reviewTimothy De Young any time showed personal values such his valuable support by listening, solving some issues with the buyer, as well as helping me out when preparing my the Open house (e.g. planting some flowers, cleaning my long drive way, repairing a window, etc). Knowing later that his father was a local Pastor was a plus. He is a people oriented agent. His past exposure overseas to any type of customers and their problems is evident and extremely valuable. Finally, his effectiveness to sale my house took a very short period. Negotiations were difficult but effective. I am ready to refer him to other person David Howard is an excellent leader who inspires his values to the entire Team.

I live a few hours from Kalamazoo, but De Young still made the process comfortable and fast. He is trustworthy and was patient with my lack of knowing anything about selling a house. He was quick to stop a Craig's List scam artist from interfering with the sale of the house and having a possible break-in. Timothy De Young is skillful in selling a house in a timely manner and reaching a win win deal for both parties. I would strongly recommend him to anyone wanting to move or buy a house or property in Michigan. You won't be sorry that you contacted him.
