Buyer reviewMy experience with Tina D'Aleo has been POSITIVELY AMAZING! ? Our very unique situation placed us in our new home while the seller went through the courts seeking clear title. Tina negotiated a short term agreement so we could remain in our new home as renters- until the court, judge and guardian ad litum collaborated, resulting in the title company receiving the final "go ahead". Tina sent me updates almost daily as she received info from the seller's attorney. We were always informed. Nice the closing date was set and it was time for me to wire the money, Tina came and sat with my bed-bound husband while I ran to the bank to send the wire for closing. She arranged for everything to be conducted on line. Tina D'Aleo has been a true problem-solver and has always exceeded my expectations. Back in September when I was searching for the best realtor I read every single testimonial on the Century 21 site. Tina stood out from the rest! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!?
