Tina D'Aleo was the broker for my Son and Daughter-in-law when they purchased a home in the area. They couldn't say enough great things about her, and they were right. She is very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Tina had worked with me before I arrived here in Florida, so with her knowledge of the area and my priorities, we were able to view homes that suited my needs. Everything here in Florida went so smoothly with the purchase of my home thanks to Tina. She handled everything very professionally from the search, showings, negotiations, inspections, right through the closing. We met Tina when we were out looking at homes via open houses. We were looking for a realtor and after just a few minutes of talking with her and telling her our wish list, areas we wanted we knew that she was "our" new realtor. We moved to Miami from Virginia and are very particular with who we conduct business with. Every step of the way Tina was always there to help us. She lined up all of our inspections, really went to bat and got everything we wanted and needed in the contract negotiations, and was absolutely incredible and very professional and trustworthy the entire way.
