Seller reviewTina wa very very understanding and helpful about my situation. She took the responsibility of representing me at the closing since I had to leave town. She went above and beyond devoting time to call me and follow through with the offer and closing. I was very disappointed with the buyer agent. She had no idea and had no knowledge about my townhouse and did not even a company the buyers to view the place. She sent an assistance who was asking me stupid questions . Did not know anything about condo association and maintenance . Oh well.

When we first met Tina, we were a young family who had recently been scorned with a previous real estate transaction when the market crashed. Tina helped us find and purchase our next investment and 5 years later when we sold it, we were at a great profit allowing us now to build the house of our dreams. If we ever plan to purchase in the South Florida market again, Tina would be the one we call. I would often ask her if the advice she was giving me would be the same she would give her daughter (same age as myself) and without hesitation, she replied with conviction a firm yes. That's really what working with Tina felt like, a caring Mother.
