Tina is a consummate pro. She knows the local market, and just as importantly, knew that any potential buyer of our house would likely not be from the "local market" area. She therefore listed the house in both NC and Virginia - our buyer came from Virginia, as Tina correctly predicted. The listing photos Tina obtained were spectacular. Tina was in constant contact, by text and phone. Our closing was in late March 2020, in the midst of the Coronavirus crisis. Despite this, everything went forward without a hitch. I could not recommend Tina any more highly.
