Seller reviewI enjoyed working with Tina Riehl! Her personality and sense of humor combined with her knowledge of the business of buying & selling all made it a pleasure to work with her. We purchased our new home with her and she turned around and sold our previous home. She responds promptly with answers to our questions or if she is looking for information from us. She is always available...She was away at one of her sons events and she even got results for us when it was inconvenient for her. Buyer reviewI purchased my first home with Tina's help and I couldn't have been happier with the job she did. I was in Virginia and buying a home in Wisconsin. I never saw the house in person until the day I closed. Throughout the entire process she was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She took my complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every dumb question I could come up with. At no point did I feel any pressure to make an offer on a home. She was always available when I would send emails, messages or facetime. Tina was invaluable in helping me schedule inspections (she even went to the home inspection in my absence). She kept in constant communication with the selling agent. Without her help I would not be currently living in my dream home.
