Tish is one of nicest people you will ever meet. Couple that with her real estate experience and you can't go wrong. This is our second home we have sold with her. She speaks, we listen and the house gets sold for top dollar!

Prior to this home purchase, Tish was our agent for a land sale in the Forest Meadows community. It was wonderful working with Tish on that purchase and because of Tish's knowledge of available homes in the community, and her proactive nature, we were fortunate to work with her a second time for this home purchase. Tish is easy to talk to and very responsive via phone, text, and email. She took time with us to make sure we understood the documents we were signing and we never felt behind on signing or felt pressured to sign too quickly. We always felt that Tish was watching out for our best interest during negotiations and because of the knowledge she has of the area, and the contacts with service and repair companies, was a wonderful resource during the negotiation process. We did not attend an open house and used a Tish-recommended broker for esrow (a very helpful suggestion as it turned out). If by rating Tish excellent is all categories it appears that I'm not being critical enough, that is not the case - Tish was simply excellent in all the categories listed in this review. I've bought and sold multiple homes and worked with less-than-stellar realty agents during the process and know the difference between excellent work and, well, less than excellent. We've feel very fortunate to have worked with Tish and Jennie on the purchase of both land and a home in the Forest Meadows community. I will certainly recommend Tish Chung to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home in Forest Meadows or the greater area up and down Highway 4.

Tish has a reputation of not only being a very good agent able to sell higher end properties, but also as being very ethical. This was important to us as we've interviewed agents in the past and have heard stories of agents who were not so ethical.

Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful experience. Tish made every effort to ease that stress and anxiety. With all the nuances that take place during the sale of a home her attention to detail was one of her most appreciated gifts. She has a very natural balance between her professionalism and her very personable nature. She has a wonderful way of making you feel like your the most important person in the room. Our experience was a very positive one and we look forward to working with her in the future.
