Todd was born and raised in Abbeville, AL . After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and served for almost ten years as an Avionic Communication/Navigation Specialist. He was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Todd relocated to Boone in 1996 and began his career in the sales industry. He quickly excelled and was promoted to sales manager while recognizing the importance of customer service and meeting the needs of clients. After several successful real estate investment projects, Todd decided to pursue a career in real estate. He and his wife, Hannah, reside in the High Country area. He was even able to added a house I wanted to view that I saw listed last minute. I liked how I could call Todd anytime and he would be available to answer my questions throughout the process. It was great that he didn't sugar coat anything or just constantly agreed with everything I said so I got perspective on elements of the houses to better see if the home would workout and fit my needs.
