Todd was born and raised in Abbeville, AL . After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and served for almost ten years as an Avionic Communication/Navigation Specialist. He was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Todd relocated to Boone in 1996 and began his career in the sales industry. He quickly excelled and was promoted to sales manager while recognizing the importance of customer service and meeting the needs of clients. After several successful real estate investment projects, Todd decided to pursue a career in real estate. He and his wife, Hannah, reside in the High Country area. Todd is excited to be a part of the team at Century 21 Mountain Vistas and looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!

Buyer reviewPrior to this transaction, I have dealt with Todd for two previous real estate transactions. He has always done an excellent job for me. It would not even enter my mind to use anyone other than him. He has become a trusted business associate and a good friend. He is very attentive to details and does what is necessary to close the purchase. He is very good about keeping me informed as to the progress of the situation at all times. Just an all around professional, nice person to work with.

Buyer reviewTodd was able to set up all the houses I had picked to view all in the same day so I only needed to take one day off instead of multiple. He was even able to added a house I wanted to view that I saw listed last minute. I liked how I could call Todd anytime and he would be available to answer my questions throughout the process. It was great that he didn't sugar coat anything or just constantly agreed with everything I said so I got perspective on elements of the houses to better see if the home would workout and fit my needs.

I have never met or dealt with a realtor who was as responsive, knowledgeable and always looked out for my best interest. He was not afraid to tell me to walk away from a deal and was always looking for ways to get me the best deal. He worked around my schedule, offered great advice, and was the consummate professional. He also offered me advice on service providers and made sure I did my diligence to ensure I was comfortable with my eventual purchase. Todd became someone I could really trust and I am pleased to now call him a friend. If I could give him above exceptional I would do so.
