Todd was born and raised in Abbeville, AL . After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force and served for almost ten years as an Avionic Communication/Navigation Specialist. He was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Todd relocated to Boone in 1996 and began his career in the sales industry. He quickly excelled and was promoted to sales manager while recognizing the importance of customer service and meeting the needs of clients. After several successful real estate investment projects, Todd decided to pursue a career in real estate. He and his wife, Hannah, reside in the High Country area. Todd is excited to be a part of the team at Century 21 Mountain Vistas and looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!

Buyer reviewTodd spent the day with us showing condos that I wanted to see and some that I had not identified. He then did independent research on the condo that I was most interested in and ended up buying. Todd made referrals for banks, inspectors and closing attorney. All were terrific to work with.

He listened to our wants, found several homes that fit our wishlist, was present at all inspections, helped us with timelines, helped elicit critical communication with the bank and seller's realtor, and has great attention to detail. Todd is a true advocate for his clients!! Todd was always available and would touch base with us on a regular basis. He would explain processes with us - paperwork, realistic timeliness. He would prompt us to make sure that we did our part to keep the process moving - ie., homeowners insurance, scheduling inspections, etc. Todd helped ease our minds during some frustrating times regarding lender and seller. He was very patient with us throughout the whole process (Dec to March). We will definitely refer Todd to others, and if needed will definitely seek out his services again - although...I hope we are done!

Seller reviewI asked my lawyer who was an appropriate realtor, giving his understanding of the market and with whom he had worked previously, and he recommended Todd. I relocated out of the country and, in my absence, Todd worked with local contractors to get the house interior repainted, new carpets installed and sprucing-up of the exterior landscaping. Todd's professional supervision got the jobs done promptly and economically.
