He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and was helpful in giving us input on things we could do to make our home ready for the market. Tom was with us every step of the way. From negotiations to inspections and closing he was always there giving us great input! We went into our listing looking for a realtor and once our closing was done we had a wonderful new friend!
